James is a Level 5 LTA Master Club Coach and has an LTA tutoring qualification. James received the Darren Toop Young Coach of the year award in 2008.
James started coaching at the age of 14 and was the Head Coach at Totally Tennis in Basingstoke from 2013-2020, then from 2020-2024 he was the Club Programme Manager at the West Hants Club in Dorset.
James has coached several players who have competed at a County, Regional and National Level and some of whom have gone on to attain scholarships at American Universities. He has been involved in County Tennis for Hampshire for several years and has previously been county captain for the U9 & U10 Teams.
James also works for the LTA as Head Coach of the Learning Disability team for Great Britain.

Individual lesson price – From £45 Per Hour
George is a level 3 Tennis Coach he coaches at Andover Tennis Club/Farleigh school and around the local areas/villages. George started coaching at the age of 14 as a tennis leader, helping out on the programme at Andover Tennis Club. He started playing tennis at the age of 8 at Andover and won the boys U12’s, U14’s and U18’s singles club championships as well as the doubles in the U12’s and U14’s category. George has a passion for tennis and wants the game to grow with kids and adults getting involved in social activities.

Individual Lesson Price – Starting from £33 Per Hour
Tom is a LTA Level 3 Coach and has recently graduated from Bournemouth University. Tom started coaching at the age of 13 and in 2024 went over to New Zealand to coach there for 6 months. Tom has coached players who have competed at County and National level. He has been involved in county tennis for Hampshire & IOW in 2025.

Malcolm is a Level 2 LTA Coach and is currently working towards his LTA level 3 qualification. He passed his LTA level 2 qualifications in May 2019 and is excited to continue his personal and professional development in this challenging sport!
He started tennis coaching in his sixties and has delivered sessions at Andover, local schools, and after-school clubs in the Andover area. He has been a member of the Andover Lawn Tennis Club coaching team for a number of years, delivering the junior programme. Malcolm also delivers educational music classes called “Music For Little People” in pre-school settings in the Andover area.
He enjoys working with players of all playing abilities and is keen for all players to improve their game and have fun on the court.
